Welcome to my world of coaching! I'm Annie, a licensed Personal and Professional Life Coach since 2014, trained and certified by the Institute for Life Coach Training. With a rich background spanning 30 years in the corporate arena, I discovered my true passion lies in helping others conquer challenges that seem daunting.

Why Life-Coaching
Life often throws us curveballs, and sometimes, all we need is the guidance and accountability of a coach to see us through, without judgment. My coaching philosophy revolves around nurturing the passion to dream big, channeling the energy to accomplish goals, establishing boundaries necessary for success, and fostering spiritual strength to love both a higher power and ourselves.

Corporate Background
My corporate journey includes 15 years with Marriott Hotels and Resorts, over
10 years in Golf Club and hospitality management, and a significant stint as
a Corporate Leadership Coach. I spent three fulfilling years on staff at Christ Church of Flagstaff, contributing to
the community that has been my home
for 27 years.

Giving Back
Beyond my professional endeavors, I am dedicated to giving back to organizations close to my heart. I have actively served on the boards of Childhelp USA, Flagstaff Board of Directors, Soroptimist International, and the women of Hope Cottage. Throughout the years, I have been a passionate public speaker and a champion for women to embrace and grow into their best lives.
